Return Policy
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within
15 days of the delivery date. The merchandise is to be returned in the
original packaging and must not have any visible wear or
damage. In order to process returns, you must obtain a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number by calling the office at
1-888-477-2177. Returns will be refused if a RMA number is not referenced
on the package.
Defective Products
We will happily assist you in the replacement of any defective product you
have purchased from Wightman Telecom Ltd. All merchandise we sell is
covered by a Manufacturer's 1 year warranty, unless otherwise
indicated. Warranty is limited to Manufacturer defect only.
